My name is Tina Jefferies and red space, is the name I give to the motivational development, sustainable growth and change when individuals and organisations take the appropriate time to pause, reflect and take active learning steps.
With over thirty years experience as a lecturer, writer, speaker, manager and consultant, my knowledge of personal, career and workforce development issues comes directly from workplace management experience.
I have designed, written and delivered programmes, resources and staff development workshops for the private, public and voluntary sectors nationally, and have, for over fourteen years, written leadership and management features and series for two major national early years education publications.
My aim is to influence positive and lasting personal and professional development within the workforce and beyond.
